From supplier to pharmacy, every pack is identified and tracked.
Serialisation
In accordance with the European Falsified Medicines Directive (FMD) and the French NMVS system, every pack carries a unique identifier checked on receipt and before dispatch. Any discrepancy immediately blocks the product.
Batch tracking
Every stock movement — receipt, picking and dispatch — is recorded with a timestamp, operator, batch and expiry date. This level of detail allows us to reconstruct the full history of every unit distributed.
Recalls and withdrawals
In the event of a pharmacovigilance alert, we identify the pharmacies that received the affected batch within minutes and initiate the withdrawal procedure in accordance with ANSM requirements.
Regulatory archiving
Traceability data is retained for the statutory period and remains available at any time to health authorities and our partner pharmacies.
