Two temperature ranges
Our warehouse has separate areas for controlled room-temperature storage (15–25°C) and refrigerated storage (2–8°C). Each area is qualified, mapped and equipped with redundant units to ensure continuity of service.
Real-time monitoring
Calibrated sensors record temperatures continuously. Any deviation triggers SMS and email alerts to our on-call teams, day and night. Records are archived and available for audit over several years.
Insulated transport
Temperature-sensitive products are packed in qualified insulated containers fitted with data loggers. Each delivery has a temperature record of the journey, available on request.
Business continuity plan
A backup generator, redundant refrigeration and regularly tested failover procedures protect stocks even in the event of a power incident.
