ANSM AUTHORISATION
An activity strictly regulated by the French National Agency for Medicines and Health Products Safety.
Operating authorisation
All wholesale distribution of medicines for human use requires prior authorisation from the competent French National Agency for Medicines and Health Products Safety (ANSM), in accordance with Articles L.5124-1 et seq. of the French Public Health Code. Pharmafit Provence holds this authorisation for its Morières Les Avignon site.
Scope of authorisation
The authorisation covers the purchasing, storage, order preparation and delivery of medicines to community pharmacies in southern France. Our Responsible Pharmacist ensures ongoing compliance with the regulatory framework.
Regular inspections
Our facilities, procedures and organisation undergo regular inspections by the ARS and ANSM. These inspections ensure the safety of the pharmaceutical supply chain from end to end.
