A demanding standard
Good Distribution Practice (GDP) is established by decision of the ANSM Director General. It governs all wholesale distribution operations: organisation, personnel, premises, equipment, documentation, returns and recalls.
Quality system
Pharmafit Provence maintains a documented quality system with written procedures, timestamped records, periodic reviews and a continuous improvement plan. Every operator is trained and authorised to perform the critical tasks of their role.
Internal and external audits
Annual internal audits and external inspections assess our quality system. Any discrepancies are addressed through recorded corrective actions completed within set deadlines.
Responsible Pharmacist
Our Responsible Pharmacist provides ongoing pharmaceutical oversight of the site and holds responsibility for the establishment before the health authorities.
